Guilt-Free Caramel Apples

Caramel Apples are one of the ultimate fall treats! But making them from scratch can feel a little intimidating—and not always the healthiest. That’s why @pranarawfoods and I teamed up to bring you an easy, delicious, and guilt-free version of this classic autumn snack!

    In a saucepan on medium heat, add sugar, water, cream of tartar. Don’t stir, pick up saucepan and swirl.

    Boil for 6-8 minutes, it will get darker and smell like caramel.

    Remove from heat, add coconut oil, and whisk together.

  4. 4

    Carefully add plant milk (a little at a time), while continuing to whisk.

  5. 5

    Cool to room temperature before dipping apples.
