    Mix the wet ingredients with the yeast+salt+sugar, let it sit for 10 minutes & then add the flour.

    Knead for 10 minutes, place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with foil & a kitchen towel, let sit in a warm place for 1-2h.

    Flour your surface & take out the dough, don’t knead it.

    Cut 6-8 equal parts & make dough balls.

    Roll out the dough into 1 cm thick round shape pizzas.

    Add the fillings & fold in.

    Add tomato sauce & cheese on top.

    Place the mini calzone on a baking tray & bake for about 25 minutes on 180-200°.
