Baking with matcha powder

Ingredients

    Melt chocolate & butter over a water bath

    Mix eggs with sugar + brown sugar

  3. 3

    Fold in butter & chocolate, add flour and stir

  4. 4

    Fold in white chocolate

  5. 5

    Place the mixture in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with dark chocolate while hot
