Lemon Sponge Cake Roll

   Bake the sponge cake dough at 200° for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

   After baking, cover with kitchen towel and let cool.

   Then turn it onto a kitchen towel.

   Spread the cream over it and roll it up.

   Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
