Peel the carrot and onion and chop them into small pieces or mix them in a food processor.

Fry the vegetables in a little oil in an ovenproof pan, add a little water and steam.

Cut the pepper and add it to the pan after a few minutes.

As soon as the pepper has softened, add the tomato paste and vegetable broth.

The rice is washed and added to the pan along with the chopped tomatoes.

While this is simmering on medium heat, the chicken is marinated in olive oil and spices.

The meat goes into the pan, put the lid on and put it in the oven at 190° hot air for 40 minutes.

Bake for another 10 minutes without the lid on at 190°C hot air until the meat takes on color.
