This turned out so much better than I expected - the homemade blueberry syrup isn’t too sweet and works perfectly with the matcha!

Homemade Blueberry Syrup

Directions

    Bring everything to a simmer and use the back of a spoon to crush the blueberries.

  2. 2

    When the syrup starts to thicken, turn off the heat and pour through a sieve.

  3. 3

    Use the back of a spoon to press as much of the syrup through the sieve as you can.

  4. 4

    Store in the fridge and enjoy!
