Teriyaki steak-with oyster mushrooms!! just with simple ingredients you can make your own teriyaki sauce at home, besides that you only need oyster mushrooms and garlic the mushroom steaks are super juicy and tasty, give this recipe a try and you will definitely love it as much as we do

    Separate the oyster mushrooms layer by layer. Chop the garlic finely, cut scallion into small pieces. Add soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, corn starch and water to a bowl, mix everything well.

    Heat up the wok/pan (medium heat), when itโ€™s hot enough add oil, add the oyster mushrooms, pan-fry until both sides are brown and slightly crispy. Take them out.

    Add garlic to the wok, stir for 15s then add oyster mushrooms again, add the teriyaki sauce and let it cook over medium-low heat.

    Let the mushrooms cook for about another 2-3 mins until most of the sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms. Sprinkle the scallion on and enjoy.
