    Pan-fry and then slowly braise oyster mushrooms in a soup made of soy sauce, sake, ginger, and leek.

Growing up instant noodles were always such a comfort food for me and they are in general very popular in many Asian countries, a hot, steaming bowl of noodles done in a few minutes- who can resist that?!
