We LOOOOVE enoki mushrooms, compared to other mushrooms, they take almost the least time to cook and can be very versatile, the mushrooms soak up the sauce really nicely after steaming and are still crunchy in texture, try this out if you are looking for a quick recipe for dinner

    Cut the scallion in pieces. Chop the garlic and chili. Cut the end (about 3cm/1 inch) of the enoki mushrooms off.

    In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and vegan oyster sauce, pour the sauce over the mushrooms
