Today we are sharing another perfect summer dish- spicy potato salad, it requires very little cooking, you basically just need to cook the potatoes quick and add all the seasonings and mix- it’s so easy and full of flavors

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (about 0.5mm thick), then soak them in cold water. Cook them in boiling water for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are translucent and cooked, watch out not to overcook them so they break, soak them in cold water again.

    Chop the garlic finely, cut the chili, scallion and coriander into small pieces.

    Drain the water and transfer the potatoes into a big bowl, add sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, 5 spices, chili oil, chili, garlic, scallion, coriander, mix everything well and enjoy.
