These savoury pancakes filled with garlic chives, smoked tofu and sweet potato noodles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they can be eaten as a snack or meal, so yummy and comforting, perfect for autumn

    Add water to a big bowl, then add flour and yeast, mix everything together, put the lid on and let it rise until it’s 1.5 times of its original size

    Meanwhile soak the glass noodles in hot water for 15 minutes. Chop the noodles, smoked tofu and garlic chives.

    Mix the noodles, smoked tofu, garlic chives with the 13 spice, salt, vegan oyster sauce and sesame oil

    Heat up a non-stick pan/wok(medium heat), when it’s hot enough add a little oil, wear kitchen gloves, take a handful of the dough, place a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of the dough, take the edge of the dough and close it, put it in the pan, be careful not to break it

    Pan fry until they are golden and crispy on both sides
