Fried Tempeh Noodles with Chef Woo Ramen

A recipe for fried tempeh noodles using Chef Woo Ramen, a protein-packed, plant-based instant ramen noodle meal.

    Slice the tempeh, onion and scallion.

    Separate the pak choi leaf by leaf, if you use big pak choi, cut it smaller.

    Open one side of the lid of Chef Woo Ramen, pour boiling water in, close the lid and wait for 5 minutes, then drain the soup.

    Heat up a wok/pan over medium heat, when it’s hot add oil, add the tempeh, pan-fry until both sides are golden and crispy,

    Push the tempeh aside and add onion and the white part of scallion, stir for 30s.

    Add the pak choi, stir for 30s more, then add the ramen.

    Stir for one minute, add the sweet soy sauce, stir for another minute, add bean sprouts, stir for one more minute, add scallion and serve.
