Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Remove stems from mushrooms and mince.

    Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add the minced mushrooms, minced garlic, and chopped onions.

    Cook for about 5 minutes or until browned.

    Remove heat and add the cheese and cream cheese. Stir until fully combined.

    Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet so that the hole from removing the stem is facing up. Fill the mushrooms with the prepared filling.

    Once all mushrooms are stuffed, place in the oven and bake for 14 minutes.

    Then broil for 2 minutes or until tops are browned.

    Remove from oven and enjoy!
