    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Combine chickpeas with maple syrup and hot sauce in a bowl. Pour the spices on top and mix until fully coated.

    Place chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.

    Serve chickpeas on top of rice/quinoa base of the bowl and add any toppings of your choosing.
