Combine orange juice, minced garlic, chopped onion and soy sauce in a bowl.

Drain tofu and squeeze as much liquid out as possible. Cut firm tofu into small cubes.

Place cubes into the orange soy sauce mixture so all are fully coated.

Allow tofu to marinate for at 30 minutes- an hour.

Pour tofu and marinade into a pan on medium high heat.

Cook for about 7-8 minutes or until all sides are browned.

If you prefer crispier tofu, place the tofu on a baking sheet and continue to bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Otherwise you can serve the tofu as is.
