    Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.

    To a bowl add flax seeds and chia seeds.

    Add boiling water to seeds and mix.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the seeds plus the salt and mix well.

    Line a tray with baking paper.

  6. 6

    Drizzle oil on paper.

  7. 7

    Pour seed mixture out.

    Lightly coat the top of the seed mixture with a little extra oil.

    Bake for 40-45 mins.

    Once finished baking let them cool.

    Enjoy with hummus or any dip of your choice.
