Apple Pie Baked Oats
Comfort breakfast with warmed apples coated in cinnamon and coconut sugar

Peel and dice apple. On low to medium heat add the apples to a pan. Coat apples in water, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Warm up apples for 5-8 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Mix all ingredients together in a ramekin. Add in apples and mix well. Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden.
