    Preheat oven to 189 degrees C.

    Add all dry ingredients for the crumble base to a bowl and mix.

    Combine the wet ingredients with the dry.

    Over low- medium place berries splash of water into a saucepan.

    Stir occasionally and break down berries with fork for 5 minutes.

    Add in the chia seeds and mix.

    Take off heat one the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the consistency is jam- like.

    Line a baking tray with paper.

    Press half the crumble mixture into the pan.

    Add the berry filling.

    Top with the rest of mixture.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
