Homemade artisan bread - is so shockingly easy to make and it tastes so good.

Ingredients

    Combine all dry ingredients to a bowl.

    Add in water and mix.

    Cover bowl in cling wrap and let it sit for 3 hours.

    Preheat oven to 230 degrees C and place a dutch oven pot with lid inside for 30 minutes.

    While the pot is in the oven form the dough into a round shape on a floured surface.

    After 30 mins, take out pot and place dough inside with baking paper.

  7. 7

    Bake in the oven for 30 mins with lid on.

    Then bake for 8-10 mins with lid off or until golden.

    Take out of oven and let it cool.

    Slice up bread and enjoy


Notes

Optional: i also added a towel over the cling wrapped bowl to keep it warm.
