    Pre-heat oven to 180°

    Slice peppers in half and place on baking tray. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Roast for 30 mins or until just charred

    Add to a pestle and mortar, along with the remaining ingredients. Bash everything together until your preferred consistency
