    In a food processor, add the dates (remove the stone first), peanut butter, chai seeds with a splash of water. Whizz until it comes together

    Roll the mixture into small balls and then add to three freezer for an hour or so

  3. 3

    Melt the chocolate and then generously coat each ball and sprinkle with pistachio
