    Add your chicken breast to boiling water along with a stock cube. Boil for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, turn down the heat and leave the chicken to rest in the water for another 10 minutes. Either with your hands or two forks, tear the chicken breast into thin strips.

    For the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a big bowl. With the ansjovis, first either chop it fine with a knife or make it into a paste with a fork.

    Roughly chop your lettuce, add into the bowl with the dressing alongside the shredded chicken and croutons. Mix everything to combine and top with fresh chive.
