I love making these bruschettas for my friends and family as an appetizer during my dinner parties!

    Peel the skin of your tomatoes (optional) by placing them in boiling water for 30 seconds and afterwards cooling them in cold water.

    Slice up your tomatoes and remove the seeds.

  3. 3

    Chop your shallot and garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper and olive oil to a bowl and mix.

  5. 5

    Slice your baguette and sprinkle/spray with olive oil. Pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

    Assemble your bruschettas and enjoy!
