    Finely chop your herbs, your chili and grate your garlic. Add to a cup in which you can blend. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture of herbs. Start blending with an immersion blender. Add more olive oil if needed.

    Whisk your butter till it’s smooth. Add the herb oil in and whisk again. This will create that whipped butter effect.

    Add more herb oil to your preference.

    Sprinkle with lemon zest and flaky salt and enjoy!


Notes

I like it simply with some bread/crackers but it is also amazing to cook your fish or meat in!
