Such a simple dish but an absolute favorite of mine!!

    Grate your tomatoes with a box grater. You will end up with just the skin of the tomatoes, this you can throw away, we just use the inside.

    After grating all the tomatoes, strain the tomato pulp in a strainer. You can either drink the tomato juice or use it in a cocktail for example, we won’t be using it for this recipe.

    When you have your pulp, drizzle over your good quality olive oil and season heavily with salt, mix.

    Toast your bread and brush with a garlic clove. Spoon over your tomato pulp and optionally add a ansjovis fillet on top.
