Nacho Tostadas with Tuna Tartare, Blackberries & Shallots

I love making small bites like these as a little appetizer before a dinner party or for cocktail hour!

    Chop up your tuna into tartare super small pieces. Add in the soy, sesame oil and cholula, miso all together and set aside.

    Slice your blackberries into flat rings. Thinly slice your shallot into rings and add to a bowl of ice cold water until you use it.

    Add your nacho tostadas onto your serving platter. Add a tsp of tuna tartare on each nacho, followed by a thin ring of shallot, a piece of blackberry, a few crispy shallots and finish off by topping with the thinly sliced chives and the zest of a lime.
