Name: Penang Curry
Ingredients: 2 Tbs neutral oil (Omit if using fresh coconut cream); 2 C coconut milk (Divided into 1/2 C and 1 1/2 C); 4 oz Penang curry paste; 1 C chicken stock; 2 Tbs fish sauce; 2 Tbs palm sugar; 1 Tbs tamarind paste; 6 piece lime leaves; 1 C Thai basil leaves; 1 lb ground chicken; 2 Tbs cilantro root; 8 piece garlic; 0.5 tbs sugar; MSG (Pinch); white pepper (Pinch); 2 Tbs fish sauce; 1 tsp salt; 1 C cooked rice; 0.5 tsp baking soda; 3 Tbs chopped cilantro
