A delicious combination of Beef and Broccoli with Lo Mein noodles.

    For the beef:

    Combine sliced beef, water, shaoxing, salt, cornstarch, and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well.

    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef mixture and cook until browned.

    For the sauce:

    Combine low sodium soy sauce, water, sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.

    Add the sauce to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

    Add the Chinese broccoli stems and leaves to the wok or skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the minced ginger and garlic to the wok or skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

    Add the dark soy sauce to the wok or skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

    Add the cooked beef to the wok or skillet. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

    Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
