Fried rice is one of my favorite dishes to make at home when I want something quick, easy and filling. I was craving baby anchovies (dilis) and remember how much I love them in nasi goreng and figured I would whip this up for breakfast. Yes, I love eating fish for breakfast. If baby anchovies aren’t your thing you can just swap them out for shrimp or chicken. Just don’t swap out the sweet dark soy,aka abc sauce, aka kecap manis. There is no substitution.
