Simple & Nourishing Cozy Autumn Soup
A take on a cozy autumn soup with a lil kick but all the goodness for your health and immunity this fall!

Prepare veggies on parchment paper lined tray & drizzle with avocado oil and add spices + herbs.

Roast veggies in the oven at 375°F for 30 min.

Transfer roasted veggies to a big pot over medium-high heat and add 3 cups of bone broth and bring to a boil.

Once veggies are tender reduce heat and use hand held blender until soup is smooth.

Add 1/3 c of coconut milk or regular milk for a lil creaminess & serve w a grilled cheese.
