Fall Grain Bowl
Harvest grain blend of couscous, orzo, and split chickpeas, grilled chicken or apple chicken sausage, chopped peppers, kale, roasted sweet potato, roasted butternut squash tossed in 2tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp maple syrup, 6ish sage leaves chopped, and salt and pepper to taste

Cook your meat & pasta.

Add pasta sauce to the meat keeping it over low heat until sauce is heated up.

Take off heat and add in cooked pasta + 1/4c reserved pasta water.

Plate and add burrata, fresh basil, crushed red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil
