    Season the pork with salt and pepper, then set aside.

    Slice the cabbage, capsicum, and carrots into thin strips and set them aside.

    Loosen the noodles according to the packaging instructions. Add ketchup, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and coat the noodles well.

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the noodles on the tray, then add the vegetables, followed by the meat. The order is important!
