    Prepare the sauce with garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sesame oil, then set it aside.

    Plate the vermicelli noodles in a shallow dish.

    Season the minced meat with soy sauce and salt, then spread it thinly on top of the noodles. Top it off with the sauce mixture.

    Place it in a steamer, pour in chicken broth and water, then steam over high heat for 10 minutes. At the 7-minute mark, add leafy greens and continue steaming.

    Garnish with chopped chilies and spring onions, then serve!
