    Prepare the sauce with light soy sauce, plum sauce, sesame oil, and sugar, then set it aside.

    Plate the kuay teow in a shallow dish.

    Place the fish slices on top of the noodles, then add some ginger and pour 2 tbsp of the sauce mixture over it.

    Place it in a steamer, pour in chicken broth, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with fried garlic, coriander, and chilies, then serve!
