Easy Hakka Fried Pork Belly
With just a few ingredients and easy steps, you can make one of the best pork dishes ever.
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Cut the pork belly into thin slices while it’s still cold—this makes it easier to slice. Dry the slices and place them in a bowl.
- 2
Add chopped garlic, red fermented beancurd, red beancurd sauce, sugar, and crack an egg into the bowl. Pour in the sesame oil and mix everything well.
- 3
Coat the pork with all-purpose flour and cornflour. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- 4
Heat a pan and add oil. Fry the pork belly slices over medium heat, adding them one by one. Move them around as they start to harden, then remove them from the pan.
- 5
Increase the heat and flash fry the pork for another 20 seconds to make them extra crispy then serve!
