Crispy Chicken Nori Rolls
These crispy chicken nori rolls are super easy, juicy, and perfect with some chili sauce on the side.

Combine the minced chicken, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, sugar, egg whites, cornstarch, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Mix the cornstarch, flour, and water until smooth to create the slurry.

Transfer the chicken mixture into a bag (using a cup to hold it steady helps), then snip off one corner to make a piping bag.

Pipe the chicken mixture onto the nori sheets, roll tightly, and seal with a little of the cornstarch slurry. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip each piece into the cornstarch slurry and fry until golden brown.
