    In a baking dish, place tomato halves, cut side up. Top with garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, olive oil, and oregano leaves.

    Roast at 400F for 25 minutes.

    Enjoy on a piece of toasted bread, or go all in and pile high on a toast with fresh basil pesto and cottage cheese (or cream cheese, or burrata). Drizzle with the juices from roasted tomatoes.
