    Boil water in a small saucepan, gently drop a couple of eggs in there, and cook for exactly 6 minutes.

    Take the boiled eggs out and immediately submerge them in icy water.

    Toast multigrain bread, mash half of a medium avocado, and top with 2 jammy eggs, sea salt, red pepper flakes, and honey.


Notes

Prep the eggs ahead of time and store them in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
