Double Raspberry Baked Brie

Warm, cozy, and bursting with fall flavors, this baked brie is a divine combination of creamy cheese, sweet raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and a hint of rosemary.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small ovenproof dish.

    Score the top of the Brie with a sharp knife in a crisscross pattern, cutting just through the rind.

    Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the top of the brie.

    Arrange fresh raspberries on top of the jam and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is melted and gooey inside.

    Remove from the oven, and for extra sweetness, drizzle a little honey over the top.

    Garnish with additional rosemary if desired, and serve immediately with crackers or slices of a crusty baguette.
