This snack is so simple and SO quick to make. Possibly one of our favorite afternoon snacks in the JSHealth HQ!

    Slice your apple into thin slices. Remove the core using a knife or shape cutter. Arrange on a lined baking tray.

    Spread some peanut butter on top of each slice. Top with peanuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of melted chocolate. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.

    Place in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Remove and keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
