Mix together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla

Mix in pumpkin purée and milk of choice

Whisk in eggs

Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice

Scoop evenly in a lined/oiled muffin pan (12 total)

Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, and granulated sugar for cream cheese swirl
