High Protein Garlic Butter Chicken & Creamy Potatoes
One of the tastiest meal preps i’ve made! The chicken is bursting with flavour, perfectly complemented by the garlic and herb potatoes So easy and simple with amazing macros!

Cook the Chicken on Medium High Heat for 6-8 mins for it to get golden brown

Lower the heat completely when adding the extra butter, minced garlic and parsley. Give this a mix for 1 mins then set aside

When adding the milk, make sure the pan is on medium low heat

Stir continuously for about 5 mins till it bubbles a little and thickens, then add the cooked potatoes in

To reheat, just place everything in a pan on low heat for 4-5 mins or microwave for 5 mins on a plate
