Beef Shawarma Marinade

Onion Mix

Mac n Cheese

Directions

    Slice the beef very thinly, this allows the beef to cook quickly and remain tender while absorbing a lot of flavour from the spices

    Cook the beef in light butter or cooking spray for 1-2 mins on high heat, mix it well then add a little butter and parsley

  3. 3

    Make the sumac onions in batches and store in fridge for other meals

    When making the mac sauce, add the spices in the residue oil from the beef, toast for 1-2 mins before adding the milk

    Let the sauce bubble then lower the heat

    Easily reheat this in a pan on low heat or microwave for a 5mins
