    Meal prepping 2 recipes per week will allow you to have some variety during your week, each meal prep can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days - I would recommend freezing some of them so they remain fresh for the later days

    To defrost your meal preps, simply remove from the freezer the night before and let it thaw overnight. To reheat, all you need is to warm in a pan on low heat for 5-6 mins or place in the oven/air fryer for 5-6 mins at 180-190C

    If one of the meal preps contains a sauce/side salad, I would always recommend to store those in separate containers/bottle so they remain fresh and makes it easier when reheating the components. Only serve the sauces when ready to eat
