Slice the sweet potatoes into cubes then once seasoned place on a sheet pan

Oven bake or Air fry for 25-30mins at 200C/400F till golden and crispy

While the potatoes are cooking make the special sauce and salad to save time

Make sure you add the pickle juice to the sauce, adds such a good flavour! Bottle the sauce and store in the fridge

Tip for the salad. Store the lettuce separate from the other veggies. This will prevent it from becoming soggy. Serve together when ready to eat

Reheat the beef and potatoes together in a pan on low heat or air fryer for 5 mins
