Season the steak bites generously, i use topside beef as it’s a very lean cut of beef

Peel the potatoes then slice into equal big chunks so they cook evenly. Boil for 12-14 mins till fork tender then drain the water and mask it up till smooth

Once you added the cheese and milk, give it a good mix till the cheese is stringy and melted

Cook the steak bites on medium high for 2 mins then turn over, you should get a beautiful brown crust. Make sure you don’t overcrowd the pan!

When adding the chimichurri mix, lower the heat of the pan. Mix well till each piece is coated

To reheat, just place the whole meal in a pot on low heat for 5 mins. If the mash is dry, add a little milk to revive it
