Prepare the Rice: On a baking tray, combine the oil, rice, and salt, then spread into a single layer.

Air Fry the Rice: Air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes, toss, then continue until the rice is crispy.

Season the Shrimp and Dressing: Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Marinate and Cook the Shrimp: Use half of the sauce to marinate the shrimp, then air fry at 180°C for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.

Prepare Toppings: Dice the avocado and have the edamame ready. Squeeze the lemon juice over them.

Assemble: Top the crispy rice with shrimp, avocado, and edamame. Pour the remaining dressing over the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
