3-Ingredient Pistachio Ice cream
I’ve never thought that I could make this at home without an ice cream maker! Even though we are not using the classic ingredients, there are some tips to still yield that creamy texture while keeping this a guilt-free indulgence.

Soak the pistachios in water for 3 hours.

Blend the soaked pistachios, yogurt, and honey until smooth.

Freeze the mixture for at least 4 hours.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer 20 minutes before serving.
