    Layer one Napa cabbage leaf with thinly sliced pork/beef. Repeat and stack them on top of each other. Place an unlayered Napa cabbage leaf on top.

    Cut the stack into smaller portions.

    Put the layered stack into a clay pot, starting from the side of the pot and moving towards the center. Try to pack it as tightly as possible.

    Place the enoki and brown button mushrooms in the center. Insert ginger slices between the Napa cabbage leaves.

    Combine dashi broth, soy sauce, and water. Pour the mixture into the pot.

    Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked through.
