Slice bananas into halves and add brown sugar in a bowl.

Dip a rice paper wrapper in water.

Place 1 halved banana in the center of the wrapper, add brown sugar, fold and roll the wrapper tightly, and repeat for remaining bananas.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
